By Train: The train leaving the Airport station only shuttles between the airport and the Tanah Merah Station (EW4). Passengers must then alight (and walk across the platform) to await the train on the EW (East West) line.
On the train (EW line), alight at Outram Park Station (NE3/EW16). Cross the platform and board the train on the NE line heading towards Chinatown. Prepare to alight at the next station (which is at Chinatown station).
At the Chinatown station, head to exit leading to Mosque Street. Hotel 81 Chinatown is just at the junction of Upper Cross Street and New Bridge Road, a short 3 minutes walk.
By Bus: Hop on bus service number 36 at Bus Port 2 and transfer to number 12 at Maryland Park, Mountbatten Road. Alight at the bus stop right outside Chinatown Point shopping complex and the Hotel is about 5 minutes away on foot.
By Taxi: 30 minutes drive (approx S$25)
